Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz convertible

Built in 2008

At first, this is NOT Elvis' pink Cadillac! I wanted to build a pink Cadillac and it should be different enough to the one from the Ghostbusters. So I decided to build a 1956 one with those fantastic fintails.
Pink elements were used in the middle of the 80's in many Belville sets. Getting enough elements for a 1:20 scaled car took a long time, but it was worth to wait.
Usually the models need tons of jumper plates. There are extremly rare in pink. So this car had to be build without them. There are only three jumper plates used!

Cadillac Miller Meteor "Ghostbusters Ecto-1"

Built in 2008

An old and trashy 1959 Cadillac Miller Meteor Ambulance car was transformed to the well known Ecto-1. The roof contains all the stuff a ghostbuster needs for his daily work.
The 59 Cadillac has one of the tallest fin-tails ever made. These old american cars always need lots of chromed elements. Just sad, that they are not in prdutction any more.
